Adekunle Obebe
Adekunle Obebe is a Partner at Bloomfield and Head of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He began his career with the law office of Deji Sasegbon SAN and Co. where he rose to the position of Deputy Head of chambers for two years; he also worked with Advocaat Barristers and Solicitors before joining Bloomfield as senior partner. He has been involved in various contentious commercial disputes and is well versed in both Dispute and Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He has written various published articles including “Whistleblowers in corporate Nigeria: Myth or Reality” and “Dispute Boards and Infrastructural project finance”.

He is a Chartered Secretary, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators England and a member of the International Bar Association.

Oluseun Sodunke

Oluseun is a partner at Bloomfield and Head of the Immigration and regulatory compliance Group.  She holds a Law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Prior to joining Bloomfield, she worked with one of the leading law firms in Nigeria and has been actively involved in a number of major commercial transactions in the Taxation and Immigration sectors.

She has represented various clients in obtaining the relevant immigration documentation and has a wealth of experience in liaising with all regulatory bodies in Nigeria. She has also advised several companies, multinationals, and high net worth clients on a wide range of assignments.


Peju Olujinmi

Peju is a Partner at Bloomfield and Head of the Project Finance and Telecommunications Group. Educated at University of Lagos, she holds a Masters degree in International Trade Law from the University of Wales, UK. She commenced her career at the Law firm of Deji Sasegbon SAN and Co. before joining Chosen Graphics Limited a company based in England as Legal Counsel.  Since joining Bloomfield, she has participated actively in all Banking, Project finance, Corporate, Commercial and Insurance transactions the firm has been involved in. She handles the non-contentious corporate and commercial briefs. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), and a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.

Kemi Adenugba
Kemi is an Associate at Bloomfield and member of the litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution team. She hold a law degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, She is a student member of the Project Management Incorporation, New York and also the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, England. She started her practice at a law firm that specialized in civil litigation before joining Bloomfield. She assists clients with company secretarial services.
