Covid – 19 Travel Restrictions: Nigeria Removes India, South Africa, Turkey, and Brazil from the List of Restricted Countries

In September 2021, the Federal Government of Nigeria removed India from the list of countries where travelers are restricted from arriving in the country in a bid to continuously safeguard the interest and health of Nigerians and to curb the further spread of the virus. The decision to remove India from the list is in view of the fact that there were “signs of significant improvement in the coronavirus infection management in the country”.
