Nigeria: The Federal Government Places Travel Restriction on 13 Countries due to the Corona Virus Outbreak in the Country

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (‘’WHO’’) declared the Coronavirus a ‘’Pandemic’’. The 2019 - 2020 Coronavirus (also known as “COVID-19”) was first identified in Wuhan Hubei, China in December 2019.
According to recent statistics, more than 202,000 cases of COVID-19 have been reported in over 160 countries and territories, with major outbreaks in China, Europe, United States, Iran, South Korea, and United Kingdom. So far, more than 8,000 people have died from complications from COVID-19 while over 82,000 people have recovered from the virus.
