On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization (“WHO”) declared the novel virus, Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) a global pandemic.
The impact of COVID-19 is that the entire world has come to an unexpected halt. As of April 14, 2020 the global number of COVID-19 cases reported by the World Health Organization reached 2, 029, 974 (Two Million, Twenty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Seventy-Four) cases and as a result of the global catastrophe, many countries have imposed travel restrictions and closure of borders as a measure to curb the spread of the virus.
